Diamond Dragon Capital Ltd. is seeking a dynamic salesperson to join an entrepreneurial team of sales professionals with global deal flow of private equity and real asset managers.  This person will be based in either Hong Kong or Shanghai and work closely as a member of the Asian sales team to distribute alternative investments to institutional investors in Asia and execute the firm’s mandates in coordination with the North American team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Market and distribute alternative investments to institutional investors
  • Market and distribute alternative investments to institutional investors
  • Represent the firm with the highest ethical standards
  • Develop potential and existing investors and GP clients
  • Significant travel
  • Keep detailed records of investor and client communication including emails, calls and meetings in database
  • Work seamlessly with the global team

An Ideal Candidate should possess all of the following background and skill sets:

  • A college degree, and may have an MBA or CFA
  • Institutional sales or related private equity experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain internal team relationships
  • High motivation, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively on behalf of the firm both domestically and internationally
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Have a long term commitment to and interest in the opportunity set in Asia
  • Currently holds a License 1 with the SFC in Hong Kong

Job Posting for Hong Kong Administrator

Diamond Dragon Advisors is seeking an Administrator to be based in Hong Kong. The Administrator will work closely with the Hong Kongbased management team in executing administrative and accounting mandates.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general assistance to the CFO and Office Manager in Hong Kong
  • Prepare expense reports by MS Excel for the team
  • Assist the management in documents and presentation slides preparation
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and business travel itinerary for salesperson
  • Perform accurate data-entry, filing and other office administrative duties
  • Arrange in-and-out couriers and mailings
  • Support HR & Administration team on the maintenance of office equipment, stationary and supplies.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

An Ideal Candidate should possess all of the following background and skill sets:

  • Form 7 or above
  • 5-8 years of experience in office administration
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Pleasant, mature, independent and well-organized
