<b>Edward A. Greene</b>
Edward A. GreeneChairman & Executive Managing Director

Mr. Greene is a graduate of the University of Colorado; served in the US Army; and has been active in a number of professional and charitable activities over the years.Edward Greene is the Chairman and Founder of Diamond Dragon Advisors Limited, the first Asia-based GP advisory and fund placement firm with global sourcing and execution reach. Mr. Greene also holds Series 7, 
24 and 63 licenses with FINRA in the United States, and License 1 and Level 2 RO licenses with SFC in Hong Kong.

Prior to founding Diamond Dragon Advisors, Mr. Greene served as a Partner of C.P. Eaton Partners, where he spearheaded the development of its Asian practice opening the Shanghai office; the first in mainland China. He led the fundraising for the Capital Today China Growth Fund, Asia Alternatives Fund of Funds I & II, and the Trophy Property Development Fund, the largest Mainland China offshore structured real estate fund raised at that time.

Mr. Greene has 46 years experience in alternative investments and capital markets and was a senior executive at several major Wall Street firms where he managed domestic and international institutional equity research, sales and trading divisions. During the 1980’s, he owned an investment advisory firm, managing institutional capital in derivative strategies.

Mr. Greene is a graduate of the University of Colorado; served in the US Army; and has been active in a number of professional and charitable activities over the years.

<b>Kyung W. Kim</b>
Kyung W. KimChief Investment Officer & Senior Managing Director

Kyung W. Kim is a Senior Managing Director and CIO at Diamond Dragon Advisors and is based in Hong Kong.  She heads up the firm’s GP due diligence activities in connection with selecting fundraising mandates. She also manages LP relationships and marketing in Japan and Korea. Ms. Kim also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses with FINRA in the United States, and License 1 and Level 2 RO licenses with SFC in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Diamond Dragon Advisors, Ms. Kim was a General Manager at Shinsei Bank (formerly Long Term Credit Bank of Japan), a mid-sized Japanese commercial bank in Tokyo. At Shinsei, Ms. Kim played a key role working with the CIO of the bank in establishing the bank’s Alternative Investment Program.  In this role, she invested in private equity and real estate funds and hedge fund investments for the bank’s balance sheet.

Ms. Kim has also worked as an investment banker for Warburg Dillon Read in New York and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong.   She commenced her career as a paralegal for Davis Polk & Wardwell in their Tokyo and Hong Kong offices.

Ms. Kim has a MBA in finance from Columbia University and a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior and Japan Studies from University of Pennsylvania.

<b>Veronica L. John</b>
Veronica L. JohnSenior Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer

Veronica John is a Senior Managing Director, and COO at Diamond Dragon Advisors, and is based in Singapore. She heads the firm’s GP advisory services. She is also responsible for fundraising activities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Ms. John is a longstanding investor in emerging markets private equity funds in Asia. She has 30 years of experience in international business and finance encompassing fund management, direct private equity investing, project management, privatization, and investment banking. She is also regularly featured in recognized private equity journals and is a frequent speaker at leading private equity conferences.

Ms. John was formerly a Senior Advisor to Mekong Capital, and responsible for various aspects of Mekong Capital’s operations including investments and fundraising. Prior to joining Mekong Capital, Ms. John was CEO of IDFC Capital in Singapore (2008-2011), an emerging markets private equity fund of funds businesses. Previously, Ms. John was a Portfolio Director responsible for the Asia fund of funds portfolio of the CDC Group based in London. Prior to joining CDC, she was a Principal Investment Officer at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for five years. Ms. John lived in Kazakhstan and worked in Central Asia from 1994-2002. During that time, she was a Vice President at Central Asian American Enterprise Fund and she managed various privatization projects in Kazakhstan.

Ms. John has a MBA in international business from George Washington University and a BA in international studies and political science from Elmira College.
